- Exchange Policy
- All items must be returned in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to you.
- Exchanges can be made no more than one time per original order for items of equal or higher value.
- Once an item is exchanged it can no longer be returned for a refund.
- Items cannot be exchanged if they have been used or altered in any way.
- Exchanges can only be made for items that are currently in stock.
- Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and insurance charges.
- No Exchange will be accepted without prior communication with Customer Service.
- All items received for exchange are subject to inspection and can be declined if it terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
- For skin, hair care products (including but not limited to: creams, lotions, bath salts, etc.), hair brushes, combs, or clips please note that we cannot accept returns due to hygienic reasons.
- Only purchases made through our web site can be returned. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers.
